Drafts, unused concepts, rejected ideas, internal documents, research notes, working files, source files, prompts, process documents and intermediate versions remain the property of Studio Simeon Rückert unless explicitly included in the agreed deliverables.

Extended usage rights, exclusive rights, transfer of ownership, source files, editable files or rights for additional media, territories, time periods or applications must be agreed separately in writing.
